The following rates apply year round. There are no surcharges for high season or holiday periods. Minimum rental is 3 nights, with the exception of a one-week minimum for Easter and Christmas. Rental fee is for a maximum of 5 people (regardless of age) and an extra charge of $10 per night will apply for each additional person beyond 5 (regardless of age).

RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation and the balance is due in full 30 days prior to check-in. If the reservation is made one month or less before check-in, the full rental fee is required.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
You will receive a confirmation of your reservation via email with specific instructions for check-in and check-out, including how and where to obtain the keys. Check-in is after 2:00pm and check-out is before 11:00am. There can be no check-in after 7:00pm without prior arrangements.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
30 days or less before check-in - No Refund
31 - 60 days before check-in - 25% refundable
61 - 90 days before check-in - 50% refundable
91 days or more - full refund less $50 booking/rebooking fee

Pets are allowed with prior permission of owner. An additional deposit for cleaning and damage will apply, and part of the deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Discuss the pet policy with the owner BEFORE making your reservation.
